Tsubeau comes from a Nipponic word (the language of the people of Hizurokoro) meaning the area covered by two tatami mats. When Nobunaga-Gaisen and his army passed through here, a number of them fell in love with the climate and the land—the ocean, the islands, the river estuaries. But, it seemed so small compared to the vastness of the continent that they gave their piece of heaven this nickname. Culturally Parisian, the locals speak Nipponic—a variant of Japanese.
Part of the Parisian Diaspora, their embassy in the Paris of Aedguerre‘s Embassy Row was in Room 212.
