A very inward looking gwome of fervent Jihn Wranglikans in the district of Altabaja, along the coast. Founded by missionaries from pre-Civil War Otgon, it has retained its Jihn Wranglikan character even today. Visitors to the Krblin Jihn Kabin in Notgeon know the Rsritans primarily for the beautiful and smooth red rocks that surround the Kabin.
