Part of the Arrowhead Confederacy, a loose association of nations that dominated sGeorgia after the falls of Athens, though its roots go back still further. The name comes from a phonetic corruption of the Swahili for "Poisoned Arrow."
Mshalie Wasoomoo is perhaps best known for being part of the Kite story. East Kite is in Emmanuel Nation, West Kite in Mshalie Wasoomoo. Though both are parts of the Arrowhead, certain rivalries in law enforcement prevent strict enforcement of drug and tobacco laws. This leads to smuggling through the famous Kite bridges.
