A beautiful and peaceful place guided by the Old Testament in general and the Book of Levithacus (in Linear English it is spelled Leviticus) in particular. Even today in Linear Ithaca the injunction in the Ten Commandments requiring people to honor their mother and father is taken so seriously here that if a psychologist discovers through therapy that his patient has issues with his mother, the psychologist is legally empowered to execute the patient, though it is rarely done.
The name of the main city, Ithaca is a contraction of the nation name.
