The 8-fold Way of Korporatia
Korporatia is an unusual land in that only residents who are over 125 years old are citizens with voting rights. Though some humans and certain Koi in the town pond qualify, as a practical matter most voters are corporations and other legal entities. The pair of Eight Fold motives in this image, familiar to anyone who has spent time in the area, is an expression of this world view in that it expresses on the one hand the 8 classes of corporeal existence as well as the 8 classes of Korporate existence.
Because of the relative stability of the Korporatia model, many gwomes have embraced it, making it the first franchised governmental structure. Unfortunately, they need to completely surrender their local identity.
