One of the most complicated interfaces between any 2 districts in Kymaerica is between Anselmo and pCalifornia at the isthmus on Catalina. The nation of North Catalina is part of Anselmo and Avalon (which controls the southern part of the island) is part of pCalifornia. Periodically attempts at unification are made, but there is little hope of success given the passions on both sides. It is essentially a land border in the middle of the ocean. | ||
