Journey through the world of Kcymaerxthaere at the De Pree Gallery at Hope College as they celebrate the art of text through Geographer-at-Large Eames Demetrios' global project Kcymaerxthaere. This show opens Friday February 27th with a talk from Eames Demetrios in the Winants Auditorium at 4:00 p.m. with reception to follow from 5-7:30 with special activities. Each panel showcases the unique story of Kcymaerxthaereal legends: Culev Larze, Eliala Mei-Ning and Kirguellin.

Only 151 of each story will be available as a limited edition. Each story panel is one of a kind and hand embroidered by a member of the Penduka women's collective in Windhoek Namibia. Assigned edition number and artist signature displays on the back label of every embroidery.
