@kcym Yes, it's worth the 3. I've been there to visit my friend, could return, and picture assured.

Upcoming Event

Kcymaerxthaere Art Caravan hosted by Atlas Obscura

Event Info

Join Atlas Obscura and our first ever Geographer-in-Residence, Eames Demetrios, on a 2-day a la carte Kcymaerxthaere storytelling caravan as we traverse three states (and a parallel universe).
Our 2-day adventure begins Saturday, September 27th in downtown Grand Rapids during Artprize, the world's largest art competition. Eames will guide participants to 5 parallel universe installations located in downtown Grand Rapids before hitting the road caravan-style to visit The New Singapore and Noizomi marker sites. We'll end our first day at the New Harmony Gallery of Contemporary Art for an evening reception, where a current Kcymaerxthaere exhibit is taking place. The following morning our caravan is headed to Illinois, home to the Faerie Traces marker and Embassy Row historic site. We'll culminate our journey in Paris, IL at the 9th annual Kcymaerxthaere All Kymaericas Spelling Bee taking place the afternoon of September 28th.
All participants will be driving their own vehicles. Ride sharing and car pooling with friends is encouraged.

THIS EVENT IS FREE, BUT RSVP IS REQUIRED. YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR ONE OR BOTH DAYS.
